Join Sanctuary's owner, Robin and learn techniques on feminine nutrition, goal setting and menu planning. To kick off this class, we'll enjoy a cup of feminine support tea blend, made together in house to sip on during our chat. We'll talk about strategies and setting realistic goals around nutrition, as well as realistic expectations while reaching those goals.

This class is going to teach you 3 Sanskrit Mantras & Mudras to open the dialogue with that Divine Wisdom. We'll also learn some tips for quieting the critter brain. If there is anything you'd like your subconscious to know about, now's the time to bring that list forward. We will have some time after the meditation portion to discuss methods of Affirmation Setting including Sigils, Repetition & Vision.

Fermented foods are full of beneficial bacteria called probiotics, as well as several other nutrients necessary to maintain balanced health. In this workshop learn easy ways to preserve your summer harvest and create deliciously zingy fermented veggies at home that are extra good for you.

kiddo will enjoy hands cooking classes and experience new flavors. This camp series will focus on foods from around the world. Each day we will visit a different country, sample the tastes and aromas of the area and combine our skills to create a dish from scratch which the children will enjoy for lunch. When children get to help create a meal, they are more willing to try new foods...

Theme: A Journey Into Herbalism
Spend the week with us in our apothecary and kitchen as we explore all the wonders of medicinal plants. Children will learn how to properly identify, harvest, preserve and make natural products they will get to take home and enjoy. We will guide your budding herbalist start their own plant guide with sketches and writings of their very own. Your kiddo will harvest a new appreciation for all the natural world has to offer.

Have a budding chef at home? Got a little one always eager to help in the kitchen? Empower them to hone their cooking skills and develop their pallet with new and exciting flavors and textures. Each camp day we will create 3-4 recipes including 1 snack and their lunch. If time allows we will include a kitchen craft as well. All recipes will be top allergen free and mostly vegan (some recipes could include animal proteins but we will offer a vegan option)
