Jr Chef Summer Camp 2026 Deposit

Complete cost of camp is $395.00 per child. This $150.00 deposit per child is the deposit to hold your space, and we require a 2 week cancellation notice prior to start of camp for refund of deposit or transfer to another camp. After the two weeks cancellation date the deposit would be forfeited. Balance is due 2 weeks before camp and you will receive a separate invoice for the remaining balance.

Camp Times

Drop off is between 9:30 - 10:00 a.m., and pick up is between 1:00 - 1:30 p.m. 

All camps are Tuesday through Friday. Family members are invited to experience what the kiddos have made on Friday. Cost is $5.00 per person.

 Teen Culinary Intensive 

Do you find yourself daydreaming of owning a restaurant? This workshop is for you! You will learn:

• Restaurant Concept and Design
• Knife Skills and Kitchen Safety
• Campers will create their own Menu for the week.
• Friday campers will open their restaurant for family and friends!

• Mediterranean Feast: Hummus & Pita, Greek Salad, Turkish Meatballs with Harissa Sauce

Enjoy learning to cook cuisine from different regions! Our menu will include:

• Caribbean: Cheddar Poblano Cornbread Bites, Jerk Chicken & Pineapple Kabobs, Yellow Rice & Beans, Pineapple Coconut Ice Cream
• Central/South America Homemade Tortillas with Guac & Salsa, Beef Fajita with Chimichurri, Puff Pastry with Chili Lime Mango
• European: Cucumber Tea Sandwiches, Eggs Benedict with Hollandaise Sauce, Eclairs
• Surprise Desserts

We are a certified gluten-free kitchen and can make most accommodations for food allergies if you contact us in advance. We offer a dairy-free alternative when recipes listed above contain dairy.

 We offer drop in classes through our event tab. If you wish to try a class first you may purchase a single ticket here. If your child would like to come to weekly classes, our tuition saves you money on your class costs and offers discounts for siblings and multiple classes. 

Classes are certified gluten-free and health-focused. We are able to accommodate most food allergies if we know ahead of time. Each month we focus on a new topic. 

 Fun is always had by all. The Jr Chefs really enjoy leaving with something they made with their own 2 hands and often find new favorite foods they have never tried before. Classes continue monthly with themes and activities in time with the season and are for 3rd graders to 8th graders. Our Teen class 13-18 years old will focus on more complicated recipes and cooking techniques, plating and knife skills. 

Our classes run on the GISD school calendar for major holidays and weather closures. Our tuition is averaged throughout the school year so that your tuition stays the same every month (whether you have 4 classes or 5 classes in that month). Tuition doesn't change during holiday months or bad weather events. We do not offer make-up days due to illness or family events, and there are no refunds for missed classes.

• Wednesday, Sept 3nd - FIRST day of 2025-26 classes
• Nov 24th – Nov 28th:  no classes for Thanksgiving break
• December 22th – January 2nd no classes for the holiday break
• March 16th-20th: closed for spring break
• February 15th:  CURRENT STUDENT SUMMER Camp / Class Registration Begins
• March 1st:  NEW STUDENT SUMMER Camp / Class Registration Begins
• May 1st:  CURRENT STUDENT FALL REGISTRATION BEGINS
• May 14nd: LAST day of 2024-25 classes
• Summer Programming Begins June 2nd 

These classes are scheduled to meet in person. 

• Homeschool Jr Chef Tweens & Teens Wednesdays 11:00-12:30 pm (ages 13-18 yr.)

•  Elementary Group (6-9 yr.) Wednesdays 4:00-5:15 pm 

• Kids Jr. Chef Cooking Class on Thursdays from 5:00-6:15 pm (10-13 yr) 

Registration Fee of $100 is due annually for each student Registration fee covers the 2025-26 school year. Tuition is due on the 1st of each month of classes starting Sept 1st 2024. Your registration fee holds your child's space in class. Once you select the registration button below, you will receive a separate invoice for registration fee within 24 hours. All registration fees are non refundable.

Tuition is due on the 1st of each month starting Sept 1st. You may cancel tuition at any time as long as it's been done before your billing cycle and we have received written notice via email at rcsanctuaryhk@gmail.com
